On January 8, 2025, Chicago City Soccer Club and Chicago Dutch Lions FC announced a significant merger, resulting in the formation of Chicago City Dutch Lions FC.

This partnership aims to create a comprehensive pathway for soccer players, guiding them from grassroots development to professional levels.

This collaboration will strengthen the soccer community across Chicagoland by providing a structured development pathway for players, coaches, and executives, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of soccer in the region.

CCDL will field teams in the USLW, USL2, MWPL, and USLA, kicking off May 2025!!!!

Our program will to run out of SeatGeek & Bridgeview Turf with the goal to have some games in the stadium.

Through our Pre Professional USL Women's and Men's teams, our college coach network has grown as we have attained players from some of the top universities nationwide such as, UIC, NIU, U of I, Loyola, De Paul, Northwestern, Michigan, Notre Dame, Michigan, Portland, UNC, Iowa, Purdue, Xavier to mention a few.

Our new partnership with Dutch Lions unlocks exciting opportunities through their extensive club network, both nationally and internationally.

CITY were USL 2 Heartland Division Champions in 2023 while also reaching #1 in the Country 4 times, and for 3 weeks in a row leading into playoffs.

Our USL W finished Runners Up in 2023 losing to the finalist in the playoffs.

Our teams are made up of home grown talent and we look to elevate our Academy players into the environment to help support their dreams in pursuit of college and professional soccer.

In the 2024 season we had 3 HS Academy players debut in the league and we look to add to that in 2025.
