As part of our ongoing development, CITY believes reflection is essential to growth. During the uncertainty of the pandemic, our staff intentionally stepped back to reflect through honest and meaningful conversations. From that process, one truth became clear. Chicago City is defined by the level of care we provide in everything we do. That understanding led to the creation of the CITY CARE model, built on four pillars that guide our decisions every day.

Chicago City is truly a club and not just a youth soccer program. The coaches understand what it is to be a football player and not just a place for your kid to play soccer on the weekend. Training includes teaching the game, sports psychology, diet, fitness. My older son came in as a U11 on the lowest team and worked his way up to the top team and is now playing for his high school. It is that kind of player development that City excels at. Player development takes time but if you want your son or daughter to improve their game, City is the best club in the area.
